Seems as though the announcements are going to stream in a bit early this year, since E3 2009 isn't until June 1st and games are already making headlines left and right. Today High Voltage Software announced a new game for the Wii, titled Gladiator AD. If that name rings a bell, it's most likely because they are the developers of The Conduit, if it doesn't, then where have you been? Gladiator AD will take players back to anicent Rome to do battle, taking a bit of insperation from the movie 300 (yes, those were Greeks). Players get a choice of many (number unreleased at this time) gladators, all with different skills, and story lines. The game is said to be "challenging and well-balanced for all skill levels". I look forward to seeing more footage of this game at E3, and to hear about the other Nintendo title to be released from High Voltage Software tomorrow!***Updated 5/27/2009***
